The Thursday After

I’ve really enjoyed following along with the 180 Challenge. I’ve used it as an opportunity to plug in with relevant Bible Project resources. And the language of the NLT (with the wonderful tag line “Understanding the Bible changes everything”) really connects.

I’ve put together an “extended edition” which combines all this information in one place. Maybe it will be useful for you. The link is also at the top of each page.

Update April 1 – I’ve removed the 5 times per week version … it was too confusing.

The bible passage has a link which will take you directly to YouVersion (NLT) which is IMHO the best bible app out there right now (and has the best url!)

I recommend following the “Helpful Intro” column link before you read the passage. These references generally take less than 8 minutes (usually a video, sometimes a blog). Generally the overview really helps my understanding. And, you will have a fantastic overview of the bible by the time you are done.

“Going Deeper” links to short videos, short blogs, hour long podcasts or to series of podcasts which can be really long.
